Cancellation Policy
You will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of your reserved service when changing your appointment with less than 48hrs notice. A 50% charge applies to no shows. Cancellation fees are waived if recently tested positive for COVID-19, if you’ve been exposed to the virus, or are showing symptoms of a cold/ flu.
