Cancellation Policy
In consideration of the time reserved for your appointment, please adhere to the schedule. If you need to change your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of your reserved service will be applied. No-shows will incur a 50% charge.
For new clients using a Groupon, a no-show will result in forfeiture of the Groupon instead of the 50% no-show charge, and you will be ineligible to use another Groupon in the future.
